CL Travel LTD is a family-run company rooted in hard-work and perseverance. Our owner started off as a coach driver, operating a variety of roles – whether that was as a cleaner, a mechanic in the workshop or a colleague in the office. This gave him a deep understanding of the industry, leading him to pursue his own company in 2012 with one coach! The purchase of CL Travel in 2016 means we now possess 11 vehicles.

Throughout our own business journey, our goal has remained the same – to ensure the safety, comfort and reliable transport of our clients no matter what; whether you come to us for corporate, contract, private or school group travel. With over 20 years of experience, we’re here for you in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Royston.

Action we take against COVID-19

With the rise and spread of COVID-19, keeping you safe is more important than ever. All of our vehicles are cleaned after every journey with antibacterial spray and wipes. The fogging of vehicles is carried out – disinfecting everything from textiles on seating to the complete interior of the vehicle.

Face coverings are worn at all times by staff when passengers are onboard, and as per Government guidelines, all passengers over the age of 11 are also required to wear face coverings.

We are proud to have been awarded the ‘We’re Good to Go’ COVID-19 Industry Standard by Visit England.

We can serve domestic, commercial and industrial clients. We cater for clients seeking for services such as School Bus Hire in Braintree, as well as providing transport for various businesses, conferences, airports, holidays, weddings, long term commuting and more. What marks us out from the competition?

Those clients can choose from a huge range of minibuses and coaches, ranging from sixteen-seat minibuses to 73-seat double-decker coaches and 75-seat coaches. There are five seating capacities to choose from: 16, 49, 53, 73 and 75.

Furthermore, any minibuses or coaches hired from CL Travel will be taken to their destinations by qualified and professional drivers. All of our vehicles are also compliant and suitable for travel within low emission zones. For London travel, these vehicles can travel within the London Emission Zone and are exempt from the Congestion Charge.

This is aimed at helping to secure your peace of mind should you hire any of our minibuses or coaches - and, to further boost your confidence, all of our work is guaranteed. We have public liability insurance up to £10 million and full comprehensive insurance for all of our vehicles.

Our minibuses and coaches are all compliant and suitable for low emission zones. Our professional drivers are fully qualified to keep you safe and with fully comprehensive insurance and public liability up to £10 million, you can be sure all of our work is guaranteed.

Our yard has great storage, with 24/7 CCTV security. Our caravans, motorhomes, lorries, buses and more are all under lock and key – kept safe and in tip-top shape for your travels with us.
